Who counts as a licensed user?
Licensed users, not employees. If someone has no paid license assigned in any connected platform, they are not billed. Shared mailboxes, resource accounts and service principals never count.
What happens when I cross a tier?
The lower rate applies to your whole account on the next invoice, automatically. You do not need to ask, and we do not wait for a renewal date to pass it on.
Is the free tier time-limited?
No. Discovery is free forever, including monthly refreshes. We are betting that once you can see the money sitting there, you will want the button that reclaims it.
Do you charge per connector?
No. Connect every spend source and app you have — more data makes the findings sharper, and charging for that would be charging you to be more accurate.
Contracts and cancellation?
Monthly is month-to-month, cancel in the app. Annual saves you 20% and can be cancelled at renewal. No implementation fee, no onboarding fee, no minimum seat count.
How does MSP billing work?
One invoice to you, covering every client tenant. Tenants are unlimited and free to add. Because portfolios vary so widely we quote them individually — send us your tenant and user counts and we will come back the same day.
