The service
&License connects, read-only, to systems you authorize and reports on the software licenses you are paying for. The Discovery tier is free and read-only. Paid tiers add the ability to act on findings — reclaiming seats, downgrading tiers and automating both — and those actions require separate write scopes that you grant explicitly.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for the security of your credentials. You must have authority to connect any tenant you connect. If you are an MSP, you confirm that you have your client's authorization before connecting their tenant.
What we will not do
We will not read the contents of your email, files, chat, documents or calendars. We will not make a change in your tenant unless you have granted a write scope and someone at your organization has approved the specific action. We will not sell your data or use it to train models.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in arrears on total managed users, at the published rate card. Crossing into a lower rate applies automatically to your whole account on the next invoice. Annual plans are billed in advance and save 20%.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from the app and stop at the end of the current period. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal. There is no implementation fee, onboarding fee or minimum seat count.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability for the application. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and is performed outside US business hours where practical.
Sync freshness depends on the upstream APIs. When a source is rate-limited or down we surface that on the integrations page rather than showing you a stale number as if it were current.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it at any time and delete it at any time. Deleting your workspace removes stored metadata within seven days, backups included. We will confirm the deletion in writing.
Liability
&License produces recommendations. Decisions about which licenses to release remain yours, and you should confirm findings with the owner of the application before acting on them.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice before a material change to these terms or to the rate card that affects your account. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
